Meal Planning

Do you have trouble with planning healthy meals? You want to eat and feed your family right, but don’t know where to begin?  Do you feel overwhelmed by the process?  You don’t have the time to plan menus ....?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, G. G. Martin Enterprises can help you with your dilemma.  Grace Martin, owner and founder, will plan nutritious menus that include the foods you like.  Each menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is customized to meet your calorie and nutritional needs.

A nutrient analysis of each menu and a recipe for the main entrée is provided.

Recipe Makeover

Do you have a favorite recipe that you want included in your menu but it needs a  ”makeover;” it needs to be more nutritious?   No problem. Grace will identify the ingredient(s) that need to be modified, substituted or removed. She will prepare and taste test the revised recipe to evaluate its acceptability as part of the menu plan.

The Process

  1. An extensive food survey (including spices) will be e-mailed to you once you agree to contract services.  The food survey solicits information on the foods you like and dislike.  You will indicate on the survey which foods/spices you want to include in the menu and which foods/spices you do not.  You will also indicate any dietary restrictions you may have, e.g. low salt, low cholesterol etc.

  2. Upon the return of the completed food survey, the following will be developed:

  • a personalized menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with your chosen foods

  • a recipe for the main entrée, OR a revised favorite recipe

  • a nutrient analysis of the day’s menu.

   3.   Meal Planning Package Options
